"Mara has a great eye for photography and a tremendous understanding of lighting and motion. She's a wonderful person too!" ~Laura
Reliable
"Mara has been excellent at both capturing the energy of my band's live shows and doing more staged photography for press. Always prepared and had fresh ideas, which in rock and roll these days can be hard to come by!" ~Chris
Observant
"Mara completely nailed exactly what image and mood we were looking to portray.
Her direction was very friendly, and we all felt comfortable." ~Matt
Mara Robinson Photography aims to create photos that showcase your energy.
I’ll seek to get the light that flatters; the angles that matter; the shapes that look awesome; and the emotions, expressions & connections that inspire.
"I am ecstatic with the photos Mara took."
Possessing the prophetic sense of placement, the ability to command mutable lighting and the engineer’s superior angle…. She sees those that are only heard. She has the tools, the respect, she commands the medium and the moment.
Musicians love Mara because she can do what genetics failed to do: make us look good."
